There are a pair of Canada Geese at Junie's Lake where we had our picnic breakfast today. Ma Goose appears to be sitting on eggs while here is a shot of Pa Goose relaxing on one leg.. This Red-Winged Blackbird likes to check us out while we while we enjoy our breakfast.

Fishermen at Soda Lake. For some reason all my shots with the M9 were grossly under exposed. Had to do some serious tweaking to this shot. M9 + 50mm f8 @ 1/4000!!!

There's a snake !!! Junies great at seeing snakes on our walks, I never see anything and blissfully walk on by. However this snake turned out to be a banana peel which I nearly stepped on.
